An Interactive Permanent Core Exhibit at the Abbe Museum

The Abbe Museum in Bar Harbor, Maine is affiliated with the Smithsonian and educates visitors on the history and culture of native people in Maine, specifically the Wabanaki. They offer a wide range of exhibitions, activities and events. There is also a trail-side museum at Sieur de Monts that presents Native American Archaeology.

At the Abbe Museum, three Armodilo Floor standing iPad kiosks are used to present visitors with a map-based interactive activity as part of the permanent core exhibit, while a single Tilt tablet wall mount features a short film showcasing one of the artists in the current contemporary art exhibit, Twisted Path IV: Vital Signs.
